Hello

I have always known that I have wanted to help others. As a therapist, I provide an inclusive, non-judgmental, and empathetic space for my clients to begin the healing journey. Opening up to a stranger is scary and I am here to make that first step less frightening. I do not approach therapy as a one-size fits all style. People are unique and their environment and experiences make them who they are.

My therapeutic interests are in sexual health, relationship challenges, and working with people that have experienced trauma. I received my master's in social work from the University of Michigan in 2020 and I am a recent graduate of the University of Michigan's Sexual Health Certificate Program, specializing in sex education and sex therapy. I recently became a certified sex therapist (CST).

I work with young adults, adults, and couples. I am an LGBTQ+ and BIPOC ally. I am also an EMDR trained clinician. I work from a sex positive, sex worker affirming, poly, and kink aware lens. I am also a member of the National Association of Social Workers, (NASW) and The American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists, (AASECT), and the Eye Movement Desensitization, and Reprocessing International Association (EMDRIA). Together, we can work together on cultivating the healing journey that was meant for you to help reach your goals.
