Sex Therapy

Sex therapy is a type of talk therapy focused on sexual health concerns. There is no physical touch involved in sex therapy. Common concerns in sex therapy include, (but are not limited to), are navigating high or low libido, pain with sex, erectile dysfunction, exploring one's sexual orientation or gender identity, and so much more. 

EMDR

Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing is a type of psychotherapy focused on trauma processing. During EMDR, clients will focus on a trauma memory while also focusing on bilateral stimulation (eye movement, tones, or tapping). The goal of EMDR is to reduce the disturbance associated with traumatic memories. I am now offering EMDR intensives as well.

Supervision 

As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe in the importance of supervision and mentorship. At this time, I am offering supervision for limited licensed social workers as they build their clinical skills. My supervision style is strengths-based and focused on fostering growth.
